Our QR codes and verifications serve as documentation of our observations and findings, not as official certifications.
QR Code Usage
The QR codes we provide are valid for three years from the date of issuance. They serve as a link to our documentation of the product's origin and production methods at the time of our visit. While we maintain ongoing relationships with producers, the information provided reflects our observations at the time of verification.
Limitations
- We do not guarantee continuous monitoring of production processes.
- Our verifications are based on point-in-time observations and documentation.
- We are not responsible for changes in production methods or materials after our verification.
- Our service is provided on a best-effort basis to support authentic Moroccan craftsmanship.
Cost Recovery
While we operate as a non-profit initiative, we may charge minimal fees to cover operational costs such as site visits, documentation, and platform maintenance. These fees are solely for cost recovery and sustainability of our initiative, not for profit generation.
No Warranty
The information and services provided by Moroccan.Biz are offered "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. While we strive for accuracy and authenticity in our verifications, we cannot guarantee the ongoing quality or authenticity of products beyond our documented observations.
